The artist Dolores Tommasi developed her artistic and creative foundations in the Academy in a comprehensive way.
A high fashion designer and entrepreneur of her eponymous brand, where the garments are unique pieces like ethereal fabric sculptures, she devotes a well-established parallel passion for Art Nouveau in material painting. She chooses to incorporate fabrics, metals, and mirrors in all her works, which are therefore considered unique and unrepeatable. Her works have become a must-have in home decor for houses, shops, restaurants, and various luxury locations.
Her exhibition “Creative Haute Couture and Art” marked her success among the Milanese VIP circle.
From these particular material creations, she makes a careful study of personality, managing to develop lines that start from art and reach the heart of the emotions of her most attentive admirers.

The inspiration

When I start a new painting I always think about my life, a straight line that at a certain point branches out.

There are many roads.

The paths are never linear, but jagged, with sharp volumes interpreting the difficulties of existence.

From these lines I sometimes digress, emotions become rocks that hide mines of gold, silver and copper.

Threads that flow, metals that strengthen, mirrors to pause and look inside oneself.

Stylized forms where everyone interprets their own soul, dark or clear, in a contrast of colors and lights in which to lose oneself.
