PACKAGING

Your order will be delivered in an elegant black package, marked by the DOLORES TOMMASI ARTE logo. Bulky orders will be delivered to you in a cardboard box


WHICH ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS

We are using express couriers for shipping. We will do all the best to assure that your package will be delivered ontime, however please take into consideration that during busier periods (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day or Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer time not for our intent.

At present, DOLORES TOMAMSI ARTE is able to use one of the following couriers:

  • UPS

  • SDA

  • FEDEX

  • TNT

  • GLS

  • Nexive Commerce

ORDER TRACKING

To make sure you can track your package, all shipments are traceable.

To do this, all you have to do is to consult the courier's website and enter the tracking code we will send you once shipped your order.


ORDERS FULFILLMENT

Orders will be processed within a period from 2 to 5 working days. The exact period depends on the type of product ordered and is shown on the order confirmation; this period starts from receipt of payment. Any urgency must be reported to DOLORES TOMMASI ARTE, who will individually evaluate each request defined as "urgent" by the Customer, to verify the actual possible evasion. It will therefore be the Customer's responsibility to report this urgency to DOLORES TOMMASI ARTE by sending an e-mail to the address or by calling +39 3472205146.


SHIPPING TIME

The shipment of the order begins at the expiry of the fulfillment period and is communicated to the customer upon acceptance of the order (communication by e-mail)


WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?


If no one is present at the time of delivery, the attempt will be recorded and will be available via the tracking link included in the confirmation email. At that point, you will be able to contact the courier using the details on the tracking page and you can then reschedule the delivery, or - if the courier offers this option - collect at a delivery point.

Most couriers deliver from 8:00 to 20:00 and provide an estimate of the delivery time, please see the tracking page for more information


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE WHEN PLANNED?

Please contact us if the delivery is delayed by more than 4 business days. We will do our best to track your order.


 

COSTS AND SHIPPING OPTIONS

The shipping costs are indicated on the site at the time of check-out, so before the actual order confirmation.

For national shipments the costs are:

- 10 Euro Standard delivery (3 ..5 giorni)

- 20 Euro Fast delivery ( 1 .. 2 giorni)

By ordering products from our website, you may face import costs and taxes, which are applied when the package reaches its destination.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount. Payment is the responsibility of the customer.

Information on returns

Items purchased at full price can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date, always in compliance with the return conditions specified below. We invite you to check the order upon receipt. For any problem, you can contact us.

Returns can no longer be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt

If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of the package, to obtain a refund or a replacement product.

Please do not ship any damaged products before contacting us.

Please note that we do not offer any refund of shipping costs in the event that the customer decides to make a return, in whole or in part.


WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU MAKE A RETURN:

Before returning any product please provide us with the following information:

  • Indication if you prefer an exchange or a refund,

  • The reason for the return.

  • In the event of an exchange, please clearly specify which product you wish to receive.

In order to make a refund or exchange, we must receive the goods in their original condition, so please make sure the package is securely sealed.

We cannot accept any product that has been worn or is not in its original condition.


We can only make refunds or exchanges on products shipped within 14 days from the package reception.                      

The shipping cost for the return is charged to the customer.
